Refund Policy

Overview

YAFEI 33 is committed to delivering high-quality strategic consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services rendered or pre-paid engagements.

Consulting Service Retainers

For consulting retainers and project-based engagements:

• Before project commencement: A full refund of any advance payment may be requested within 7 days of signing the service agreement, provided no substantial work has commenced.
• After project commencement: Refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed at the time of the cancellation request. Administration fees of up to 15% may apply.
• Completed deliverables: No refund will be issued for work already delivered and accepted by the client.

Event Representation & Exhibition Services

For Trade & Exhibition services involving third-party bookings (booth space, logistics, registrations):

• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective event organizers and third-party vendors
• YAFEI 33 service fees for representation and coordination are non-refundable once the booking process has been initiated
• In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government restriction, event cancellation), YAFEI 33 will work in good faith to recover costs where possible

Please include your full name, company name, service description, invoice number, and the reason for your refund request. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 14 business days of approval.

Changes to This Policy
